The secret of our grill is that we use Alquézar firewood for cooking, and we grill each dish using products from the land in all phases of their preparation.
Olive oil from Ferrer de Bierge, Ternasco from Aragón I.G.P., Graus Longaniza, Radiguer Cheese, and Somontano Wines.
