At Mesón del Vero, the Brasserie finds its home in a building full of history located in the beautiful town of Alquézar, one of the most charming in Spain. Our restaurant is not just a dining space, but an unbeatable setting at the foot of the Vero River and the Collegiate Church, where we offer a gastronomic proposal that mixes Aragonese traditions with modern creativity.
With respect for the land and the same passion that runs through our veins, we have been a family-run restaurant for more than five decades. In 2006, it was expanded thanks to the vision of the renowned local chef Nacho Tiedra of Alquézar. His talent inspired us to continue the authentic tradition of Aragonese cuisine.
